As a company that places direct contact with people at the core of its operational philosophy, Restotel considers training to be a highly important element and a significant milestone in the field of restaurant and hospitality management.
All businesses whose success is based on trends, owe their survival to consistent customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is derived of several elements, including the provided level of service.Service is the core attribute that creates the bond between the business and the employees, and between the employees and the end customer. Based on this understanding, proper training offers the tool by which the level of service and operations can be devised and maintained.
Enrichment courses and workshops are very important to creating a consistent training system and developing the human resource. Restotel personnel continuously guide the hotel operational and service teams, as well as managers, shift managers and work teams on how to apply control mechanisms to their work processes.
The training services are provided under two programs:
Operational Field Training
Restotel offers a range of pragmatic training programs covering a wide variety of professional fields. The professional staff at Restotel, specializing in training, first discusses the areas of training required by the customers, the relevant difficulties that they face, the number of people involved, their job level, etc. Upon determining these variables, Restotel prepares an ad-hoc training program for addressing and providing training for the related issue.
Courses and workshops for enrichment and development
As stated above, Restotel considers the human resource to be the most important means of achieving business success. The Company provides a wide variety of courses and workshops for introducing various knowledge areas, for upgrading the operational and service arrays, for integrating new trends and innovations, and more.
